At DOOP Fragrance Co., we want you to find your signature scent with complete confidence. If your selection isn't a perfect match, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened fragrance bottles.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the fragrance in its original, unopened packaging to ensure safety during transit, as we cannot accept returns for broken or opened items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new scent within 5-7 business days.
